oin us for an hour of calm and self care and get yourself cozy on your yoga mat, supported by props, bolsters, blankets and eye pillows.
In Yin Yoga we find spaciousness in the body as we hold poses for three to five minutes each. Following which, we will enter into a lying meditation, as you are guided into a deep state of relaxation with a Yoga nidra, or 'yogic sleep', although you are not technically asleep (this can take practice, trust me!) but you are somewhere in the middle, supported and safe.
